Training with Coach Savannah CSCS

Hello! I’m Savannah, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Powerlifting and Personal Training Coach with a genuine passion for empowering athletes of all ages and skill level. Originally from Philadelphia, I relocated to North Carolina to pursue my master’s degree at Wingate University while gaining invaluable coaching experience in college athletics. Since graduating, I have been coaching middle and high school sport teams in addition to adults.

I joined the Life of Strength in 2023, where I’ve found a vibrant community and lifelong friendships. My true passion is one-on-one coaching, allowing me to tailor my approach to meet each individual’s unique needs. With experience working with youth, teenagers, and even masters athletes, I have a comprehensive understanding of all fitness levels. Additionally, I have collaborated with physical therapists to assist in return-to-play protocols and support clients recovering from injuries or managing specific medical conditions.
